I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow up to 1-3 days processing time for your order to ship out, average shipping times within the US are 2-4 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated asap after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at contact@lightshadowsmoke.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 business days from the date of delivery to submit your refund request.  (Please see our Refund Policy for further information)
You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. (Please allow up to 30 days for us to process your refund). Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order within 1 hour of order placement.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Light Shadow Smoke is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly.
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation or email contact@lightshadowsmoke.com and we will do our best to correct the address if the item has not already been shipped.
If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one if the item has not already been shipped. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship certain items from different fulfillment centers based on your location.
Most items typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Please see product descriptions for any items notated to be processed by a third-party fulfillment center which may take longer to process due to demand. (these are typically apparel items such as tops, hats, tote bags, and waterbottles. Again: you will find a note in the product description. 

A note on Delivery delays:
Due to ongoing impact of the COVID-19 virus any unexpected delivery delays after product has shipped will need to be handled with the postal service, although we will try our best to ensure satisfaction.
**Once product has shipped Light Shadow Smoke cannot be held accountable if product is delayed in route and arrives after the estimated timeframe.
